Can I add multiple cards and users to my Thx! Card account?

Yes!  Once your first Thx! Card is activated, you can easily add additional cards and users so your whole family can save.  Simply pick up a Thx! Card from any Oklahoma 7-Eleven, and call (800) 211-1241 to add it to your account.  It’s quick!  You do not have to repeat the initial registration process.  They will add your additional card(s) over the phone.

What types of fuel does 7-Eleven offer?

7-Eleven offers fuel at more than 110 locations throughout the metro area. Our goal is to provide our neighbors with the highest quality fuel at a fair price. We offer E-10 gasoline, conventional gasoline and diesel fuel; offerings vary by location.

7-Eleven also offers compressed natural gas (CNG) at our store located at S.E. 19th Street and S. Eastern Ave. in Moore, Okla., and we plan to expand this option in the future!

Who supplies 7-Eleven gasoline? Am I getting good gas at 7-Eleven?

7-Eleven sells the highest quality fuel available to consumers in Central Oklahoma.

Almost all fuel sold in the Central Oklahoma market originates in one of three Oklahoma refineries, located in Bartlesville, Ardmore and Wynnewood.

In the United States, the distribution of fuel involves thousands of miles of pipeline, linking refineries and terminals.

If you imagine those thousands of miles of fuel pipeline as rivers and streams, then fuel terminals would be like lakes. A fuel terminal collects product from many refineries that has been comingled in its movement around the country in many pipelines.

7-Eleven-Fuel SupplyAt terminals, which are the last holding area for gasoline before it makes its way into retail stores, tanker-trucks load up with a common fuel that’s destined for any number of different retailers. Some stores are branded with the names of familiar oil companies and some are not. In most cases, gasoline has no idea what it will be called until it’s on its way to the retailer.

Because 7-Eleven is an independent gasoline retailer, we are free to buy fuel from the pipeline at the lowest price each day and set prices accordingly. Our loyalty lies not with a particular oil company, but rather with our customers.

No. Oklahoma’s 7-Eleven stores are independently owned by the family of William C. Brown.  Oklahoma’s 7-Eleven stores are a separate corporation which uses the same trade dress as 7-Eleven stores in other parts of the world.

Why can’t I use my Slurpee® coupon in Oklahoma?

7-Eleven Stores, due to its independent ownership, sometimes carries brands not offered by the national 7-Eleven group. For example, in lieu of Slurpee®, 7-Eleven in Oklahoma carries Icy Drink®. We trust you’ll find them equally refreshing and delicious!

Why can’t I use the Food & Fuel gift card I purchased in Oklahoma at other 7-Elevens in other states?

Oklahoma’s more than 110 7-Eleven Stores are the only independently owned and operated 7-Eleven stores in the country and are part of a completely separate company. Each ownership group issues its own products and can only honor its own promotions, including gift cards, coupons and the like.

Do you charge to use the ATMs at your locations?

No. All ATMs at 7-Eleven stores in Oklahoma are free of surcharges. However, you should check with your financial institution to ensure they don’t add charges for using an ATM that is not their own.

How can I check my 7-Eleven gift card balance or have it reloaded?

To check your 7-Eleven gift card’s balance, stop by one of more than 110 locations in Central Oklahoma. Our friendly clerks can easily tell you your current balance, and even re-load the card if its balance is getting low!
